CNW 8981-50 Hz
REOWAVEpassive - harmonic filter 50 Hz/400V (IP20)
- Nominal Voltage: 400 V
- Rated current: 6 - 1200 A
- Frequency: 50 Hz
Reduce Harmonics - save up to 30% energy costs.
The REOWAVE®passive filters harmonics caused by the B6 circuit (thyristor, diode bridge, etc.) and motor drives. The supply network is relieved by compensating the harmonics reactive power. This enables cost savings in material selection and energy consumption. Starting currents and current peaks are greatly attenuated.
This increases the service life and reliability of electrical systems. Due to the compact and ready-build an easy installation is possible.
The REOWAVE®passive helps to comply with international power quality standards IEEE 519 or EN 61000-3.

REOLAB 1000 E
Electronic DC Power Supply
- Input voltage: 3 x 400 V, +/- 10 % V
- Output Current: 60 kW A
- Frequency range: 47...63 Hz Hz
- Rated power: 0 - 150 kW/kVA
The new REOLAB 1000 E is an electronic DC supply designed for lab and test operation.
Precise and stepless voltage and current values can be internally and externally predefined. Long-term tests can be programmed via profiles and logged via internal logic.
All parameters can be set and correspondingly read off by means of a large LCD panel.
Variable and constant high-current supply Test station for switching devices
- Input voltage: 230/400 V / 3 x 230/400 V
- Output voltage: 0...10 V / 3 x 0...10 V
- Frequency range: 50/60 Hz
REO high-current supplyies are used wherever DUTs, with several thousand amperes have to be tested,
particulary switching devices, fuses, cables, etc.
The test items are thermally heated and tested in long duration tests under nominal conditions.
Tests with defined overloaded curves can also be made.
Traditional voltage adjustments with variable transformers ensure that the input signal is passed through to the output as a clean sinus.
Thus, tests with any current value can be sinusoidally tested and reproduced at any time.
The control of the high-current supplyies is electronically performed with the result that an accuracy of < 0.5% is achieved. In addition, the control can be integrated into custemers laboratory networks via different BUS systems.
Water cooled load bank
- Voltage: 3 x 230 V
- Current: 3 x 5 A
- Schutzart: IP 54
If a cooling cycle already exists, a water-cooled resistive load bank is the alternative to normal or forced air-cooled ones. The water-cooling of the resistor elements allows a quite compact construction while.
air-cooling needs sufficient space for air circulation (better space/performance relation).
The cooling circuit of the load bank can be connected to the existing cooling cycle via standard
connections (3“ connections).
The AC/DC resistance groups are modular-type and separately connected to the cooling cycle. The single resistance stages can be mounted cascadably as needed. This enables the user to preset any arbitrary resistance or current value.
Each module can be separately controlled.
The modular construction of the load stages allows power combinations of 50 kVA to 1MVA with
three-phase operation and 160 kW to 480 kW in DC design.
An internal PLC logic with bus function can be ordered on request. This enables location independent installation of the load unit separate from the test field.
REOVIB MFS 268
IP 54 or IP 20, Frequency-control with automatic detection of the resonant frequency
- Output voltage: 0 - 100 / 0 - 205 V
- Output Current: max 3/6/8 A
- Input voltage auto detect: 110 / 230 V
Frequency converters in the REOVIB MFS 268 series for vibratory conveyor technology offer the option of operating the vibratory conveyor at an optimal vibration frequency for the material - completely independently of the frequency of the electrical mains supply.
It is moreover possible, thanks to the system patented by REO, to determine the resonant frequency of the vibratory system automatically and to regulate the vibration amplitude to constant values. In addition, various sensor and valve logic links can be programmed. Devices can optionally be equipped with field bus interfaces, and are also available as versions with UL/CSA certification.
Devices in the REOVIB MFS 268 series are available with a max. output current of 3A, 6A and 8A as IP20 versions for installation in switch cabinets, and also as IP54 case designs.

closed-loop current transformers
- Primary rated current: 500 - 2500 A
- Umgebungstemperatur: -25... +70 °C
- Frequency range: 50... -400 Hz
In the case of bushing-type current transformers, the customer’s primary wire is pushed
through the current transformer opening in the housing. The push-through opening depends
on the size of the primary current.
Wound primary type current transformers have a primary winding and a secondary winding.
Both windings are applied on the closed toroidal core and are isolated from each other by
insulation. This principle applies mainly where primary currents are small. Low-voltage current
transformers for the proportional transformation of large currents to directly measurable
smaller current values.
