Electromagnets for vibratory systems
Providing both quality and experience the IBK factory in Kyritz produces electromagnets for the automation industry that are used on hopper, bowl and linear vibratory feeders. Power ratings range from 50 Watt to 2 kW and there are nickel-plated versions that are available for use in the food industry. REO plays a leading role in this sector of the European market and offers magnets that are fully encapsulated, with changeover links for half/full wave operation or specially wound for use with REOVIB controllers. Coil winding and encapsulation are carried out in conformance with UL standards and the flexible manufacturing facilities at our IBK factory allows us to offer standard and custom made designs. Optimum design is achieved by prolonged testing to establish maximum power output together with long-term reliability and also by the careful selection of core material paying particular attention to the special requirements of the food industry.
